Here I am home on Saturday with nothing to do
Well I did have plans to finish up my Christmas shopping. Thats not going to happen now. My youngest son W III came in the living room last night screaming his ear was sore. After about 1 hour of crying and tears I took him to the emergency room. The er doc said he has a raging ear infection. Gave him pain medication and then gave me a prescription for some antibiotics. Then I had to find a pharmacy opened at 9:30 pm. I did. He is knocked out now and its like 9:00 am. He never sleeps this late. The middle son had a basketball game this morning so I had his dad pick him up and take him. Anyhow I met this lady, an e.r nurse last night. She is one of those nurses who work a short while in one place and then move on to the next. Anyhow we started talking and come to find out her daughter in up with my son in Missouri at boot camp in the same platoon. She is going up there for graduation in January too. She lives in PineTop Arizona. Funny how small a world we live in. Who would have known.Anyhow she told me to book a room a The Comfort Inn in St. Roberts next to the military base. The have suites. Funny how God just brings people into your lives ..just when you seem to need them and then they leave. Anyhow her name is Lois and so we will be looking out for each other. I think I will try to sew today and get my Xmas cards done. W went to work and after him being home for 4 days I am glad. He drives me nuts. The first day is good then he just wears on you. I like being here and just lying all day doing nothing. He always thinks there is something to do..there is but some days you just dont feel like doing em. Jaye where are you? You didnt blog yesterday. You better not be smoking!!!!
