Nov 12th ..the 11th hour

Okay for all who have been trying to post comments I think I am still having problems with this thing. I will know in the morning when JAYE tries to post to me. Anyhow so tomorrow is my last ditch effort in telling my doctor that my knee that he told me there is nothing he can do about has been killing me. Its all swollen and hurts with every step. I even sit in my car driving and it hurts. Yes I am sooooo not ready to go back to work. Its been 5 months since the ligament reconstruction on my right knee and I just havent gone to physical therapy because of my left knee hurting so bad. Pray he gives me clemency and does a scope on it. Cleans it out and find nothing and then I go back to work after the holidays. I just hate when the holidays come around and I am working. Not only the 16 hr days but the crimes get more henious. Over the weekend a 45 year old man hacked his dad and killed him and hacked his mother. She is still in the hospital barely surviving. It was all over drugs. Poor man that died ..he was like 79 yrs old. I heard the crime scene was a mess. I cant comment anymore on it but I am just so glad I wasnt working. More and more policemen are getting hurt too. People just do the stupidest things during the holidays especially when they are using and there is no money for more drugs. Anyhow on that note my husband called me up from work and he got his police powers back from all that bull with his son lied about him hitting him that did not happen. It is hard to be a police parent. Your more protective of your kids and who they run with. You question everything and somehow in every police family I know there is one kid who goes the other way. Yes we have ours too. I wish him well because right now it is beyond wanting help for him. He has got to want him himself. He just feels he has no problem. I guess drugs and lieing and stealing isnt a problem in his life but it is in ours. Lord knows his mother isn't going to help him. But like I said before he has got to help himself. We are done. Tough love? You bet. Especially when you get used over and over again.
