Nov 25 ** Is is really only 30 more days?**

I told myself I would not ..could not do the shopping thing this season, the day after thanksgiving. I didnt want to wake up early and wait in line for stuff I didnt need or saved on for things I am gonna wish I didnt buy later. Well I was up early anyhow. So I had to run to the bank and then Walt had a great idea... to go and buy a Christmas tree. Enough with forcing me to listen to Christmas music one day after we ate the bird. With the kids running around the house with Santa hats on. He went today and bought 2 huge pointsetta plants that are about as big as me, a fresh wreath to hang up inside the house. We bought a fake one for the outside. So he went and got the tree. I am so not into this Christmas cheer b.s. I am still recovering from yesterday. The tree is still outside in a water container. I guess I will be decorating it tomorrow. I have to admit I did want to finish up shopping only because I am not done yet. But with the kids at home that is next to impossible. I have quilting to do but I am so drained today that I dont want to start anything until tomorrow. Well at least I cleaned up this morning so I dont have to do that tomorrow.Sometimes I think going to work was so much easier.
